Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable but a bit small for three people, and the service was mostly excellent despite one minor issue. The location is fantastic being near little Venice, and the dining options were good although slightly pricey. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's rooms, although clean and nicely decorated in a cozy slate grey and black theme, are quite small and not very comfortable for two people. The lack of secure parking for guests is a downside considering the amount paid for the stay.
I found the hotel to be a charming mix of renovated modern rooms with old-fashioned original furniture, which gave off a very classy vibe. The rooms, although quite small, were very modern, well-furnished, and clean, making for a functional stay overall. The service was exceptionally friendly, with the receptionist even helping me secure a dinner reservation on a busy night. The location was perfect for exploring Colmar and its attractions, although it could get a bit cramped when many guests were around. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options and slightly high prices for certain items.
